At Lazarus Coffee Co. , each batch of coffee is freshly roasted to order to ensure optimal quality and flavor. Because our products are perishable and custom-prepared, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on coffee once it has been roasted and shipped.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is a quality issue, a shipping error, or you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Experience team within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or additional information to help resolve the matter promptly.
Refunds or replacements, when applicable, will be issued at our sole discretion and only for qualifying issues. Please note that taste preferences, improper storage, or brewing errors do not qualify for refunds or replacements.
