Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume. Any significant delays will be communicated on our website or via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or factors outside our control.
Order Accuracy & Address Information
Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is correct.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
- Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package is delayed or appears lost, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Refunds or replacements will follow the carrier’s investigation results.
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a replacement or claim.
